At The Leather Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unworn

• The item is in original packaging

• The item is not damaged by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn shoes

• Items damaged after delivery

• Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues within 7 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
